Processing and Shipping
Our turnaround time is the amount of time it takes to make your order prior to dispatching it for shipping. On average our turnaround time is approximately 14 business days. Due to the handmade process of our items our TAT will vary based on the amount of orders in the queue. During holidays and large sales our turnaround times tend to be longer. Please check the banner at the top of our website for the current turnaround time at the time of your order. Please keep in mind our turnaround time does not include the time it takes your package to arrive once it is in the postal services possession. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number via email when your order has been dispatched
We are happy to combine shipping for those who place multiple orders in a short amount of time as long as the order(s) have not yet been packaged. Due to order volume we may not always notice multiple orders in the queue- please be sure to contact us via email and we can either send you a code to remove shipping costs or make a cost adjustment to orders that have already been placed.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Packages weighing under 16 oz. are shipped via USPS First Class; packages over 16 oz. are shipped USPS Priority. All orders come with a tracking number which will allow you to follow the shipping details of your package.
If your package is not delivered or tracking shows it as stuck in transit, we have no way of obtaining further information. You must contact your local post office to inquire on the status of your package. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, we have absolutely no control over how USPS handles delivery. Spirit & Venom are not responsible for reimbursing orders that were mishandled by the post office or stolen from a residence and you must file a claim with your local post office directly. We do not refund lost or stolen packages. These are our sales terms, which you agree to at the time of checkout.
As it is impossible for us to know every country’s duty/customs policies, please be aware of your import restrictions and fees before ordering. We will NOT mark packages as “gift” unless it is indeed a gift from us. Requests to mark packages as gifts will not be honored, this is illegal. All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, shipping fees or any additional expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a package gets returned to us because you did not pay the customs fee, we will not issue a refund.
Please be aware that once a package has been processed through customs we are unable to track it on our end. Please check with your local postal or customs office if your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, as we have no control once it is in the postal services possession. We have currently suspended service to the UK due to the Brexit tax and import laws.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns and all sales are final. We highly recommend that you purchase perfume samples before committing to a full-sized bottle as scent can be subjective and vary from person to person. If we make an error in your order (incorrect scent, for example), we will do our best to make sure it's corrected. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, once your order has been placed the sale is final. Coupons/Promo codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be applied after your purchase.
We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped, we don't have control over how USPS handles the package. At checkout, please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours to correct it.
We at Spirit & Venom use a wide range of ingredients to create our products- including essential oils. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, please consult with your doctor before using any product containing essential oils. Always keep fragrances away from children and pets. It is highly recommended to conduct an skin patch test before committing to a full application of a new fragrance. All of our fragrance are created to be skin-friendly using premium ingredients but as with all products applied to the body, discontinue use should you experience irritation. Spirit & Venom Olfactory Arts shall not be held liable for any misuse of our products, skin sensitivities, or allergic reaction that may occur.
