Order Processing
On average our turnaround time is approximately 7-14 business days, which does not include weekends or holidays. TAT begins on the next business day after an order has been placed. We do not typically keep pre-made products on hand, once an order is placed products will be made fresh- you can expect us to begin to create your products within 24 hours. During holidays and large sales our turnaround times tend to run longer. The banner at the top of our website will always be updated to the current turnaround time for reference at the time of your order. The listed turnaround time does not include the time it takes your package to arrive once it is in the postal services possession.

Shipping Information 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Packages weighing under 16 oz. are shipped via USPS First Class; packages over 16 oz. are shipped USPS Priority. Priority Mail packages are insured up to $50. USPS First Class Mail is not automatically insured. All orders come with a tracking number which will be sent via email to the e-address associated with the online order.

MIA Package?: If your package is not delivered or stuck in transit, you must contact your local post office to inquire on the status of your package. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, we have absolutely no control over how USPS handles delivery. S&V is not responsible for reimbursing orders that were mishandled by the post office, marked as undeliverable, or stolen from your property- and you must file a claim with your post office directly.

International Customers: Please be aware of your import restrictions and fees before ordering. Any requests to mark packages as gifts will not be honored unless it is indeed a gift from us- this is illegal otherwise. All postal expenses are the responsibility of the customer. If a package gets returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, we will not refund the order.
Please be aware that once a package has been processed through customs we are unable to access the tracking information. Be sure to check with your local postal/customs office if your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time. We offer worldwide shipping, though we have currently suspended service to the UK due to the new tax & import laws.


Product Exchanges
We do not accept any returns and/or exchanges. We are aware that scent can be subjective from person to person and we offer perfume sampler packs to help to test our fragrances without blind-buying a full-sized bottle. Returns are not accepted under any circumstance. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me via the "Contact Us" tab and I will do my best to assist you.

Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations or refunds on orders. In most cases, orders begin to be processed and prepared immediately, therefore we cannot accept a cancellation once an order has been completed via the website. If there is a emergency that absolutely requires a cancellation please contact us via email and we will try our best to assist you. If you receive a package and there has been an error in your order please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue. All orders are packaged to withstand normal shipping conditions, but in the rare instance that your order should become damaged in transit please visit the USPS website and enter your tracking number in the help tab's claim section to request reimbursement. We are not liable for damages caused by the mishandling of packages by postal workers. The United States Postal Service is it's own entity and we are in no way affiliated.

We use a wide range of ingredients to create our products- including essential oils and other naturals. Please read labels and website listings carefully and be aware of your own skin sensitivities and allergies. If you cannot find the information you need, please contact our customer service via email before use. Always keep fragrances away from children and pets. Please discontinue use should you experience any sort of skin irritation.
